Quality policy

The most important objective of our company is in meeting the explicit and implicit requirements of our customers .

The applying of this policy is achieved by designing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system which make possible the achievement of the following objectives:

• the achieving and the maintaining the quality of the services we offer of our customers, taking into account the conditions imposed by the company and environment.

• the increasing of the company reputation, the creation of an image of excellence for it on the market to be determined by the quality of its services.

• our personnel must be appointed  to specific tasks and be motivated, aiming to maximize their effectiveness in customer relations. Also, our staff must be engaged in the implementation of quality control policy of the company to provide trustfull evidence on which our customers to be able to rely on and a continuos improuvement of the provided services.

Our policy on environment, occupational safety and health

Together with our customers, subcontractors and suppliers, we share our vision to achieve the company goals without any harmful impact on the environment or any work-related incidents or accicents, to prevent pollution, to remove hazards and minimize or eliminate the risks of causing incidents and accidents at work and to continuously improve environmental performance and occupational safety and health.

The applying of this policy is achieved by designing, implementing and maintaining a integrated environmental, occupational safety and health management system which make possible the achievement of the following objectives:

• conformarea cu toate cerintele legale, reglementarile si alte cerinte relevante de mediu aplicabile pentru aspectele de mediu identificate: evacuări de poluanţi în aer, apă, deşeuri solide, evenimente cu potenţial de poluare accidentală - astfel încât să ne desfăşurăm activitatea în spiritul prevenirii poluării.

• compliance with all legal demands, regulations and other relevant environmental requirements applicable to the identified environmental issues: discharges of pollutants into air, water, solid waste, events with potential for accidental pollution - so we manage our business in the spirit of pollution prevention.

• efficient use of natural resources used in carrying out our activities.

• identification, evaluation, periodic review and control the environmental impacts, the risks of accidents and incidents of our work related activities.

• setting objectives and targets of environmental and occupational safety and health in order to achieve performance on pollution prevention, removing dangers and risks of work-related accidents.

• providing necessary training and awareness of every employee for understanding their role and responsibilities for improving environmental performance and occupational health and safety.

• our personnel must be appointed  to specific tasks and be motivated for preventing pollution and  for  removing work hazards. Also, our staff must be engaged in the implementation of environmental and occupational safety and health policy of the company and in improving environmental performance and occupational health and safety.
